Upgraded to g13 and it still shows g12 and all resources missing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I upgraded Bastilla (fallen) to g13. After I got the rewards from dstb, I used 700 crystals to get 25 Kryotech gear then used another 100 crystals to buy energy for the rest of them for the 50 total needed. I then upgraded her. When she was relic 0 I upgraded her to relic 1 immediately bc I had the resources ready for her. After that I used another 100 crystals to get more of the signal data pieces to get her to relic 2. I then closed the game out and when I reopened it I saw that she is still g12 with all crystals gone. It even says in the guild chat that Marak Ranth upgraded Bastilla fallen to g13.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look on my roster.

We've checked the logs available to us and verified that you've upgraded Bastilla Shan to Gear 13 on 6/06/2020, 6:14 pm GMT+1, not Bastilla Shan (Fallen). You then went ahead and increased her relic level to relic 2 shortly after. This is currently the state of her on your roster.
