Hi @mwrightlmt007 and thank you for the report.

We've checked the logs available to us and verified that you've upgraded Bastilla Shan to Gear 13 on 6/06/2020, 6:14 pm GMT+1, not Bastilla Shan (Fallen). You then went ahead and increased her relic level to relic 2 shortly after. This is currently the state of her on your roster.

Omg I can’t believe I upgraded the wrong one thinking the entire time. I’m so sorry thank you for being awesome. I will crawl back into my hole and shut up.
