Vader LSB not recieved.

Used the web store to buy the Vader LSB. Got confirmation, mony was deducted from my account, and EA Help later confirmed the purchase. I did not recieve the bundle in-game, but instead got crystals. EA Help told me my account was okay and that it was a server issue. I was the directed to post here.
