I've done the math on your numbers, and yeah, it looks like he is regening 10% protection of his max protection instead of his max health, and while other scoundrels are regening protection worth the 5% of Chewbacca's max health like the description, they are also gaining 10% of their own max protection back as protection, which is no where in the description.

So it seems like there are two parts to this bug.

    Yes correct. Chewie should be getting approximatly 3600 per pulse instead of 500. So from zero protection he would be getting prepared every 2 pulses instead of every 10 like it is now.
