Want Hyperdrive: How to change incorrect age- can't make purchases.

When I set up my account I somehow entered a wrong age (or no age?)- anyhow it says my DOB is 2011-12-31. I am in fact over 50 years old. But the result of this is that I cannot make any purchases.  I tried to open a case through EA help forum but it seems impossible because when I click "start a new case" it takes me to the many different options and none of them allow me to start a new case. I would really like to get the hyperdrive bundle. I also tried contacting EA through the in-game help. I am frustrated.
