Wat Tambor Mission Crash

How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug Been having a TON of crashes lately, but usually just when navigating menus. The game will stall for 10-15 seconds and either close the app, figure it out, or hang longer than I'm willing to wait (minutes). Today, it crashed mid-attack in the Wat Tambor mission when I had effectively cleared phase 4. So my entire guild got robbed of 1 of the roughly 5-6 shards we may get this month.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm hoping the logs will show something, but there isn't really anything special to do. App just crashed mid-fight.

Hard to tell because of the frame the game froze on, but Aayla, the useless clone on left (commander maybe?), and the vanguard were the only things left. This match was 100% wrapped up, and I'm salty that the first victory and wat reward I earned was erased =/

Is there any way you could verify this in the logs and consider giving my guild the extra shard we should have received? We're literally years out from earning Wat, and every shard matters at this point.

    Same here. Game Froze at Phase 4 with 4 geos alive and only Ki Adi Mundi alive. Clearly a win of Wat shards but the game decided to derp and froze. After 20 minutes I got angry and closed the app. Phone responds just fine, can minimize the game, and bring it back. The game itself doesn't respond. Like it has difficulties with memory usage. Game freezing problem is present since 2021 Nov 17...it was about time they would fix this, and not just threw out new characters for the whales to buy!!!!!!!

    Do the logs say anything at all? I assume they're not so granular that you would be able to see "Yep. Geo soldier was told to use basic and it just stops. Weird he quit the match at this point instead of picking up the free shards."

    Could the match be reset so I could go again? This is such a let down since the match only comes up once a month.


    I'm definitely going to go through and try to clean up my phone, but this is borderline territory to stop playing the game altogether. Not being able to contribute to your guild and having matches just stop means that all the time investment (in a game that demands hundreds of hours really) is worthless. Even as far as gatcha games go.

    The scenario for me appears to be; when Mace shows up in wave 3/4 then the game has close unexpectedly in wave 4/4 on all of my attempted.  When Mace shows up in wave 4/4 then the mission completed and exits as expected
