I tried using EA Help, they took forever sending incorrect troubleshooting information, told me that I received the contents of both charges, and closed the ticket. This is absurd.

For whatever reason the new forums decided to hide your reply behind a collapsible. What I just posted is still true, though.
I was charged three times. The two you listed, and once at 11 /25/2024, 3:01:00pm GMT and received nothing. I have disputed that charge, thinking I didn't get a reply.
I've submitted the charge dispute to try to resolve the issue, as EA Help suggested.
