Web Store froze, gave an error, gave me nothing, but charged me.

I tried to grab an Anniversary crystal pack this morning, the site froze for a minute and then gave me an error. I bought it again, and it worked. I looked online, and was charged twice. Please refun...

For whatever reason the new forums decided to hide your reply behind a collapsible. What I just posted is still true, though.

I was charged three times. The two you listed, and once at 11 /25/2024, 3:01:00pm GMT and received nothing. I have disputed that charge, thinking I didn't get a reply.

    Action is now being taken against my account by EA, for doing something that EA Help told me to do. This is absurd.
