Web Store froze, gave an error, gave me nothing, but charged me.

I tried to grab an Anniversary crystal pack this morning, the site froze for a minute and then gave me an error. I bought it again, and it worked. I looked online, and was charged twice. Please refund the first charge since I received nothing.
