Web store issues purchasing the new Luke Skywalker Allies Lightspeed Bundle
For the last several days, I've been trying to purchase the new Luke Skywalker Allies Lightspeed Bundle from the web store, which expires in 2 days; every time I click on the green Buy Now button, I get a popup with R2D2 saying "Oops...! Something went wrong. Please try again".
I need to close my browser and clear my cache in order to have that bundle appear again, but the issue appears again every time I try to make that purchase, every time I click on the green Buy Now button.
I tried other browsers and the issue persists; furthermore, when the bundle disappears from the web store after I click on the green Buy Now button, it also disappears from the in-game store... and that tells me I'm not the only one having this issue. I purchased the other Lightspeed bundles from the web store that were available this week without any issues whatsoever.
The issue is an issue from improper programming of your web store on this particular item, which impedes customers from making the purchase they want to make.
From what I read on your forums, this type of issue is experienced by many people, and has gone unfixed by CG and EA; you're prohibiting your customers from further enjoying the game, and you're prohibiting your company from making more money. What is wrong with you!?
Your lackadaisical response is absolutely insane; you need to improve on your Quality Assurance.
Please follow through, and have the web store fixed, which you should have done days ago; you're making your customers angry, and you're costing your company money because you're too lazy to follow through properly.
