WebStore purchase Issue: Ki Adi Mundi Lightspeed bundle
I purchased the Ki Adi Mundi lightspeed bundle from the Web Store on March 20th. My credit card was charged for it ... and I received the order confirmation e-mail to my gmail account.
However, I did not receive the in-game e-mail for the purchase ... and so have not been able to claim this. My Ki Adi Mundi is still showing locked with 42/80 shards. (NB: I had also purchased some crystals - and that came through straight away). I waited a while ... then tried the 'restore purchases' option in game ... which had no effect.
I contacted support ... gave them all the details including the order number and my account information. They took 18 hours to respond ... and then only to advise that "according to their records, this order had been claimed". ??
I advised support that they were incorrect. I have never received the in game mail to claim. Gave them all my account info again (incl player ID) and asked that they simply look at my roster and they will see that my Ki Adi Mundi has not been activated (and is definitely not 7 star, 5 relic, as it would be if I had received the lightspeed bundle). Also advised that I have checked this using both the mobile client and the PC client - and it is the same in both ... so not a display issue.
Another 24 hours later and I received a brief message from support. Asking that I send through a screenshot of my character roster showing the issue ... which I have done. (However I had also previously given them the URL to my swgoh profile - which also shows it. This request also indicates they apparently can't look at the roster directly - so can only be very low level support).
Another 24 hours went by ... and support messaged a one-liner asking me to do a 'restore purchases' in game ... which I had already done (several times) and which I have already told support had been tried.
This is utterly pathetic support.
I am not asking to be given anything that I am not entitled to. I am simply asking for them to supply what I have paid them for. They have my money and just do not care.
