When being introduced to ships instructions hang

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Android Phone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Samsung Note 10

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug Marked tie bomber as favorite. When cantina owner introduces ships it gets stuck when it says tap on crew. There is no crew for tie bomber.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start new account favorite a ship with no crew members and hit level 25 to have cantina owner introduce ships

Started a new account and marked tie bomber as favorite before hitting 25 and being introduced to ships by cantina owner.  Marked tie bomber as favorite. When cantina owner introduces ships it gets stuck when it says tap on crew. There is no crew for tie bomber.

    Can you please log in again and see if this issue is now fixed? The team have made a change to your account that should have now unblocked you.

    Do you have access to your ally code or your in-game name?

    Are you able to tap anything else on the screen (Home button, Fine Blueprints etc.)?

    No, unfortunately it hangs up right there and is expecting me to select the character that is suppose to crew the ship. Unfortunately I tagged the tie bomber as favorite and it has no crew

    Assuming you cannot access your Ally Code because of the tutorial, do you have access to your in-game name? With this we may be able to find your account and help you.

    Unfortunately as a work around to get my client unstuck I deleted the Gmail associated with the account and have no way of getting into it. At this point I hope this raises awareness of potential issues when starting new accounts. Thank you.
