Summarize your bug We are requesting EA/CG to fix JMK issue for more than 6 months but absolutely nothing happened and you are not even communicating or giving refunds for your terrible support. You have to realize we are paying cusromers and you have to provide regular support if you are impotent to make your games work. Fix your communication immediately and release fix or refunds.
