Why is EA/CG bugged and ignors us?

Product: Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes
Platform:Apple iPhone
What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? All

What type of issue do you have? Other
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug We are requesting EA/CG to fix JMK issue for more than 6 months but absolutely nothing happened and you are not even communicating or giving refunds for your terrible support. You have to realize we are paying cusromers and you have to provide regular support if you are impotent to make your games work. Fix your communication immediately and release fix or refunds.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?

    All information are on main post About JMK which you are ignoring for months and there is no other way how to contact you directly. Can you start answering or refunding people there?

    Also would be great to start answering questions instead of this nontelling bulls..t which doesn’t’ help as you ignore main thread and don’t bring answers at all.

    we wan’t to know when you will fix it and when we will get refund finally

    You investigating more than half year and provided nothing… no Feedback, no refund. We are still waiting for both and for solving issue

    @EA_Gunner another two weeks and you still did absolutely nothing… even communication wasn’t improved and refund still nowhere… another two pages in bug report and many which already gave up even reporting. Start doing you job!!!

    @EA_Gunner @EA_HighCommand are you going to fix the issue or send refunds or are you same ignorants as CG? I spent hundreds of dolars for your games and never seen such a terrible behaviour like you do with this game. 

    Start doing your job! Do you realize you are loosing hundreds of thiusnads dollars because you suck in behaviour with SWGOH? Both CG and you EA
