unfortunately that’s they way it was intended and therefore the difficulty is no Bug.
It is meant to be end-game content for a long time. After official confirmation there were already some players being capable of completing 4/4.
The studio has also responded in the main forum and said that they won’t change the difficulty (“We will not be changing or re-tuning the difficulty for Republic Offensive.“ - CG_SBCrumb).
If you want to provide the studio with your feedback, please do it here, as AHQ is only for Bug reports and technical Issues.
