Won't Load After Update Issue

Hello folks, If your game is still stuck on the load screen after yesterdays update, we have heard that uninstalling and reinstalling can fix your issue.

I can't even get into the app store to purchase anything it keeps telling me to retry. I've deleted game and reinstalled and still nothing.
