Hi all, thanks for the report. Can you please try to clear your Google Play Store cache and let us know if it fixes the issue?

    If clearing the Google Play app store cache didn't fix the issue, please wait for 24 hours and it should get resolved by itself.
    
    Instructions on how to clear the cache just to make sure the steps were followed correctly:
    
    Navigate to settings.
    
    Applications.
    
    Expand the application list.
    
    Find Google Play store.
    
    Select storage under the Google Play store app listing.
    
    Select clear data.
    
    Restart the Google Play store and try again.

Tried that and the problem is still there... I stopped playing a different game because of this problem, but I don't want to stop playing this game as I have invested 2 years into playing and hundreds of £!
@EA_MindTricks would you recommend we download the apk from elsewhere?

I have followed all instructions for clearing Google play cache etc for my S8, no luck. Dumped hundreds into this game.recently in preparation for this particular update. Please let us know how to fix this issue.

No change after clearing .cache and restart
Removed the game. Unable to reinstall.
No option to get the APK elsewhere. Why don't you support Amazon's appstore?

  You can get the app else where. apkpure is a good option for any free google app. You should not have to do this but I have in the past for many apps that state they are in compatible.

    I had a Samsung update and after installing that, the game installed fine.

Hi,
After have test all sort of things, i had have same idea. I cleared my Google Play cache and after a new update (20 minutes)
i could play it. It was yesterday at 23h20-30;
My ally code is 529-168-711.
Will we have any compensation for these problems ?
