This issue has been patched on my end as of the latest patch, thank you EA_Cade for your transparency on this issue! Now AMD users can finally play the game as normal!

Soo its very likely only RDNA cards are affected like 5XXX 6XXX 7XXXX interesting

From what I can tell yeah, there's so many discussions about this on steam and here saying it is their AMD gpu's, I'm thankful the CM has passed along the team are aware of this, but it is for sure an odd issue to have, worst comes to worst this is something AMD needs to fix on their end
