I just bought the bundle on the EA app and i cant find it anywhere, its not in my library and i've tried absolutely everything EA suggests. The order is successful, i've emptied the cache several times, updated my computer ,restarted the app and so on, please help :( <3 the only thing indicating that i've actually got it is that i cant buy it from the ea app anymore (it directs me to the library) and my order email/history.
c0smasia Try searching for "sims legacy" in the EA App, under Browse.
And make sure your game library is loading fully. Installed games are listed first, and then games you own but that aren't installed, in alphabetical order, so these could be buried if you own a lot of content.
Separately, if you happen to have a Mac, these releases aren't available in macOS.
Hello and thank you for the reply, I brought the bundle not the legacy version. I only have the sims 4 installed so there is nothing to scroll really. I'm also on a very new windows computer.
The games are not listed as a bundle in the Ea app after you have bought them. The Sims and Sims 2 are listed separately, and you install each separately. It may be that you may be looking to see a bundle and not separate games?

c0smasia Please click Browse and search for "sims legacy," as asked. You should see results for the separate games and the bundle; I would like to know whether any of them show as owned.
Please also check your purchase history on ea.com (now). Sign in, click Account Settings > Order History, and let me know whether the order is listed as Completed, Processing, or Failed.
I followed the instructions that you gave the original poster and the games are still not available for me to download even separately. I've also tried everything that EA suggests (clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc.). The games just aren't there and there's no download manager or download queue showing that anything is even waiting to be installed.
lilmissElena5 When I click View in Library, I don't see the bundle, just the two separate games. Since they're already installed, they appear alongside my other installed games, but for you, they should be below that with any other games you haven't installed.
Where did you buy the bundle? If directly from EA, please go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and list the status of the order: Completed, Processing, or Failed.
puzzlezaddictI've gotten a receipt, my order shows as complete and my card has been charged. I noticed logging in today that the add-on of the Grunge Revival Kit which came with one of the packs is available to download but when I click download nothing happens.
Is it possible for you to log-in to EA App on a different computer to check if this problem occurs there too?
