I just downloded the sims 2 hours ago. I try to create sims but the game crashes every time. I try everythings to fix it but doesn't work. Should I refund this game or wait until EA fix the game. What should I do I love this game so much. Can anyone help me😢
I think I know why it's crashing. The game is still affected by safe disc, and when the original disc isn't there it crashes. Just a thought but idk

Please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
I had the same issue. I just waited 2 weeks after speaking to the EA team, and the issue fixed it self. I still could not play the game for 2 weeks tho, even tho I bought it. I asked EA for compensation but it is like speaking to a wall. Is it really acceptable to treat a custumer that way?
