This is something only the Fanpage manager will be able to fix. They are enrolled in the EA Creator Program and they can reach out to the community managers to understand what happened.
The options the general public has through EA help are sadly very limited.
If you look at the "I need to replace my product code" page you'll see they don't even let you send an e-mail or chat with an advisor as it's common with other help topics, as EA doesn't replace codes for customers no matter the situation:
