Low outdoor performance - Sims 1 LEGACY

I hope you can help me, the game performance drops drastically when going outdoors like magic venues or restaurants, it feels like it's on very low FPS, it's unplayable due to lag. I only do well if I don't go out of the house.

I attach video example, it is not fluid movement as it is when I'm at home.

I also want to ask if you know how to run the game on one of my 3 screens and be able to leave it there in the background without being minimized; For example, while my SIM sleeps I can go to another of my screens to work on something, but that time continues to run in the game without being paused or minimized.

    This does not happen for me. Is it possible it's the performance of your computer or can you rule that out?

    Regarding your second query, there is a bug that prevents you from switching to a different application or running the game in background, even if you have the "Sim in Background" game option turned on. It would be great if you could upvote and also leave a comment on the thread to increase visibility and hopefully bring attention to this bug.

    Hi! This is an issue with AMD graphics cards, as I can see you're running an AMD gpu so that explains it, the CM has said on my thread that the dev team is aware of this issue and are looking into it, whether it gets patched or not is another story since this could genuinely be an AMD side thing, but from what I'm seeing the game does not utilise the gpu at all which is what is probably causing it, sadly there's no fix unless you have a spare Nvidia gpu laying about-
