Sims 1 legacy crashes when creating new neighborhood

So when ever I try to make a neighborhood I get the usual packs loading but for me when ever it loads but when it loads superstar for me it just crashes for me but thankfully this bug only crashes th...

Update: I've verified the files on steam and now it works and I also deleted the userdata folders

Update 2: its happening again. so I think its a bug
