sims 1 legacy still not working and i want a refund

After 20 days, i finally got a answer that my computer does not support the sims legacy, surprisingly after 3 patch notes and past the return policy. im honestly livid and feel like i have been cheated to buy something that clearly wasn't for me. To be clear i haven't been able to play this game at all due to the Vulkan error. I need some help to move forward and get rid of this game because The Great Game Guarantee is not showing any games i can refund.&nbsp;

Since you didn't refund because you were following the troubleshooting here on the forums, you can provide some screenshots of your replies to the EA advisor on the support chat. They'll be able to refund your game :)

im in the same predicament though it is impossible to do a live chat anymore! how the hell do we get a refund when we can no longer do a live chat. and yes ive tried everywhere to bring up a live chat but cant find one anywhere.
