I have waited for patch after patch. this game will not start. Its always updated. Still having this issue OpenCL™, OpenGL®, and Vulkan® Compatibility Pack is not installed. this is ridiculous, i want my money back cause this is a scam

EA_Solairei am still having the same issue despite the new patch today (21/ 2/ 25) i even unstalled and reinstalled and i do not have any of the openCL etc on my computer. and when i try to do a dxdiag nothing comes up. can i message you somehow?
annas_weirdo Are you saying that if you click Windows key-R and enter dxdiag in the run box, in the lower-left corner of the screen, nothing happens at all? Does it help to restart your computer? You can also try searching in Windows for dxdiag , then running it from there.
