Sims 1 won't start
I have a new computer, and the game won't start on it. I installed it, I got a pop up with a menu to press play, and once I do that, the pop up disappears and it won't start! Yes, I've tried tro...
I experienced the same issue and reached out to the EA team. After speaking with them, I was basically told to wait—so I did. Two weeks later, the issue resolved itself.
But here’s the problem: I paid for a game that I couldn’t play for two weeks. I asked EA for compensation, but honestly, it’s like talking to a wall. No real response, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience.
Is this really how EA thinks it’s acceptable to treat paying customers? It’s frustrating to see issues like this ignored, especially when players are left without access to something they’ve paid for. Has anyone actually had success getting compensation in situations like this?
