LittleTurtle666 Inside the Sims 25 folder are eight UserData folders, one for each neighborhood. You can try replacing the new folder with the one from the neighborhood you were previously playing. But keep the new UserData folder too—just rename it before moving it, something like UserDataNew so you can restore it if necessary.
I would strongly suggest copying your old UserData folder (whichever one corresponds to the old neighborhood you were playing in) to the new Sims 25 folder rather than moving it. That way, you have a backup and can trash the new folder if you get more crashing.
The idea here is it's not clear what files are a problem, and which ones you can recycle. So if moving over the entire UserData folder makes the game crash again, remove it, restore a copy of the new one (UserDataNew or whatever you renamed it), and start replacing the subfolders inside until you get your sims back without the crashes.
