TS1LC Bug: Running in Background Mutes Audio and Lags

I'm glad today's patch prevents the game from minimizing when we alt-tab to another application. However, the game's audio shuts off.

Second, I tested with the game in Live Mode and unpaused, TS1 technically is still running as it should, but there is tremendous lag. The game is running at a snail's pace.

Not sure what the desired behavior is supposed to be when TS1 runs in the background. I would expect the audio to continue to play AND the game to run at a normal speed OR the audio to mute AND the game to freeze completely, even during unpaused Live Mode.
