Alien Abduction Crash

I'm at the scripted event for the Curious Brothers where you have Vidcund look at the telescope and he gets abducted by aliens. Whenever the abduction starts, the event causes an error to occur to one of the other brothers. Whenever I select "Reset" or "Delete" (not recommended), it causes the event to reset so it's like the abduction never happens. I thought the cause was the cinematic cutscene, but it turned out to be the abduction itself that is causing this error. I am wondering if anyone else is having this problem and if there is a way to fix it. If any EA coders are reading this, then please fix the code.
