I saw that this issue was ”resolved” but it’s obviously not… I tried entering the curious family and Pascal gave birth to a human child (??, like not just eyes the skin too) and Vidcund didn’t get abducted through the telescope (even with cheats…). And during my years playing this game Vidcund has ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS gotten abducted by aliens the second you start the curious family and have him up there on the telescope…
When did you start playing with the Strangetown neighbourhood? If you did so at launch, there’s a chance that is the cause, the only way to fix this afaik, is to delete your The Sims 2 Legacy folder (make sure to back up your SavedSims and Downloads folder and any other neighbourhoods you wish to keep!) and let the game regenerate the save folder.
The Wiki says the baby will always be an alien, though it can sometimes have human eyes. But I've definitely had a human baby a few times, as far back as when I played with disks. I don't think it's supposed to happen, but... things happen.
