Attraction Score Error

My sims 2 game is completely fine, working great. Then all of a sudden an attraction score error pops up (will add photo). I cannot click close or reset as it just pops straight back up again. I can only click delete which then removes a sim from my game. They completely vanish. Have to go to neighbourhood without saving and then enter back into the household and all is fine for 5 minutes until the error pops back up and I have to repeat. Made the game unplayable and I am so sad about it as the nostalgia and fun is real
