[Bug] The Sims 2 Legacy: Design Tool May End up outside of Borders

I'm on a 4k screen, playing The Sims 2 Legacy in full screen in 4k resolution. When using the Design Tool, it's possible for the Design Tool Window to appear outside of the borders of the screen. If this happens, nothing can close the pop-up and the game is essentially soft-locked. The design tool cursor is showing and you can move around the screen with no problems, but any other keys or clicks do nothing. To get out of this state, you have to close the game via task manager - nothing else works.

Workaround: Make sure the object you're using the design tool on isn't close to the border of the screen, as the design tool pops up in relation to the object.
