I discovered a bug in CAS with custom skins where you can't click the tick or the X button if you go to choose a custom skin. I also keep crashing when I try to go into a beach lot I've placed (only tested in Belladonna Cove) I can go into already created beach lots in BV without issue, I just can't place and then go into lots/houses mode to change ones I've placed. Very little mods just hair, skin, eye default replacements (and custom skin) and flora default replacements, no big overhauls/fixes and no terrain/water replacements.
