Found a workaround to get it to post.
How zoomed in CAS is depends largely on the resolution you have your games set to. Mine is zoomed in so far that part of the face is blocked by the UI when I’m editing the head. I leave it because it’s perfect everywhere else and I don’t spend much time in CAS. But you can try changing your resolution. There are also some CAS camera mods out there if you want to try that.
