Create-a-Sim UI scales poorly + too zoomed in on Sim

Per screenshots, the Create-a-Sim looks pretty bad currently: UI is blown up and has poor resolution (if it looks blurry at 1080p, 4K must look even worse) Camera is too zoomed in on Sims Notice ...

I noticed this too! I even tried to zoom out but that didn't work.
