[CURRENT ISSUE] Sims and Pets Disappearing

Having the same issue with both sims and pets disappearing.
First household: 1 sim, 1 cat and 1 dog. Dog disappeared as soon as CAS was done.
Tried moving out and that made the cat disappear as well.
Second household: 1 sim, 1 cat and 1 dog. Both pets disappeared as soon as the household moved in to a lot.
Third household: 1 sim. Played fine, saved, quit game, came back day after and Sim is gone. She does not exist at all, even in other sims memories or friend list she just does not appear.
My antivirus or firewall is not blocking any content related to Sims. Also I do not have One Drive active at all, so it can't save there.
I deleted all files for Sims 2 and reinstalled, I tried making a new household after the 6/2 update.
Made one in Belladonna and it crashed on a loading screen between a community lot and home lot, had to force quit game and sim disappeared again.
So now I was frustrated and want to find a solution so I start experimenting.
Just for fun tried making a household in Veronaville, 1 sim named A A and 1 dog named B A; and THIS ONE WORKS???? (so far atleast)
None of them disappeared after CAS, I could travel to other lots and close the game then re-enter to continue playing.Is Belladonna bugged? Or is this just a freak accident? All previous household were created in Belladonna :(
