Force Max FPS to 60?
I've noticed when I have the camera locked to a sim as they move around it's very jittery compared to how smooth it used to be. I checked the in-game FPS and it's all over the place mostly in the 200...

ArilyBoo The idea of using Windowed Borderless Gaming, the outside tool, is that Sims 2 and the CP's fps limiter might behave differently in that context. It does look like fullscreen at least, so it could be a good compromise here.
I would still like to know if setting a Global fps limit in the Control Panel affects Sims 2. And if not, try RivaTuner and see how that goes.
So the Global Max Frame Rate didn't work either and it also didn't matter if the game was in borderless windows on it's own or using a borderless windowed app.
I'm not sure I want to install another app like RivaTuner either. I'm just not understanding why it's not responding with Nvidia Control Panel like it should be.
