Game goes blue constantly

So the game goes blue over and over again, the moment I get back into the game it goes blue again and it's so constant ruining my enjoyment of the game by burning me out from playing because constantly getting hope to play again to immediately be put back into the blue game screen is miserable for me. I love the Sims 2 i just wanna play man. I don't dont wanna get burnt out when I was having fun minutes ago
