The music you re hearing in the Pleasant Family or any family upon the first load / untill they turn on the stereo is actually a special music that come with the scripted events of each of the families in Pleasantview, Strangetown and Veronaville.
As for the other issues i believe they are being investigated at the time i m writing this.
