Legacy collection save file that I put hours into is now unplayable.

I had the game crash after create a sim but it thankfully saved the sim I made. I put them in a house and played and just saved a lot since it would crash randomly every now and then but it was still fun and I really was loving it. Now a couple sim days into the game and my dog gets home from work and it crashes. I reload and try again about five times now but every time he gets home it crashes and since I last saved while he was at work it is now unplayable. I'm not sure where I'm supposed to report bugs but I really want to make sure the crashing issues get fixed.
