Nearly 6 months later with multiple updates and it’s still bugged?

I managed to delete the cache files and uninstall, reinstall the game and still no luck. Same bugs 

I would love to try that, how do I delete cache and thumbnails? 

Feels like sims 2 legacy collection and the other editions, including the original release, is personlized because how the game behaves depending on your computer. But when it comes to Legacy Collection I haven't had any issues with it except for the no typing problem. So to see stuff like this being reported is interesting and also a bit funny since I am not experiencing any of it. The only suggestion I would have is to update your pc, reinstall your sims 2 LC, and update drivers.

My game is fine. No bugs at all. So this sort of thing baffles me. How does one person's game work perfectly and another's not work at all? Did you try replacing the neighborhoods with fresh ones after the updates? Delete all the cache and thumbnails?

Honestly i get your frustrations! 

For me too the the game has been unplayable for months now since march i been having bugs too one of them was that the simulation wasn't working correctly for me and the Sims wouldn't follow any instructions i would give them and they would just play on a computer the whole time or paint or play the piano the whole time to the point they would die of starvation no matter what i tried to do to help them well i stopped playing the game after so the best thing we can do now is wait until they will wake up and fix the game ! 

so lets wait and hope for the best !
