Nikkisimgirl​ When was this household created? There was an issue with infinite loading screens before one of the patches fixed it, but existing households may still have the issue. Does it happen during Vacation or normal gameplay?

Please enable testing cheats (press CTRL-Shift-C and enter boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true into the cheat console), which will make any potential error messages visible when the game gets stuck on the loading screen. If you get an error message, please post it here.
