Refund?? Too many bugs to list

I have replied to many of the known bugs and I have just stopped playing due to MORE bugs. My sims were on vacation and got stuck on a load screen, when the screen finally loaded, the vacation was over and the taxi was there to take them home?! I’m now stuck on another load screen getting them home. I’m so tired of all these bugs. EA’s refund policy of “24 hours” play is BS. When can we get a refund for their game that is NOT playable?
