We would like to gather the error logs for these issues to investigate further.
They should be located in C:\Users\<username>\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2 Legacy\Logs if you would like to share you can follow the steps here.

Hey Cade -
I've attached my logs folder here VINNYS-LAPTOP-config-log.zip, only thing that stood out to me is that my Graphics Card is not "found" in the database. But I was having no issues pre update.
