Sims 2 is NOT opening
I launch the Sims 2 legacy pack and this appears… “Some needed files were corrupted during the instillation. Please reinstall this application”. May someone please help me fix this situation

See if making exceptions for the game's file to your antivirus, and making sure you aren't synced to one drive then do a repair and test again.
