Hi All,

I've opened an EA support ticket and linked this post as a reference that other simmers are experiencing this issue. Encourage you all to do the same so we can hopefully get this resolved asap.

Did you get a response to your EA support ticket? How do you create a ticket? I can't play this game at all. I feel like they either need to fix it or refund my money at this point.
