charlyp92 You're actually getting a lot of BlueScreens, so many that they've crowded out every other error that might be happening. The issue is that while the BSOD code shows that a driver is misbehaving and how, it doesn't indicate which driver (that's typical, not an issue itself). So I'd need to look at a crash dump to figure out which one is the problem here.
You may not be seeing the BlueScreens if they happen during what looks like a normal shutdown process. That wouldn't be unusual either.
However, if the BSODs are definitely not happening while you play—the game is crashing but the computer doesn't shut down—then we can put this aside for the moment. Does a new save crash too? Please test and let me know. It's possible that only your current save is broken, which would mean the crashing you're seeing isn't due to a system issue.
heatherjo144 I asked for some information here:
Sims 2 legacy - suddenly crashing no error message | EA Forums - 13104983
It would help if you could provide it and a dxdiag.
Thank you for trying to help. I can't even the load game at all, so I can't even get to a "new save" status. Midway through loading the game it completely crashes out. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
