Sims 2 Legacy crashing in CAS.

I lost a nice family I created and spent a lot of time on during CAS. I'm not sure if me turning the all of the graphics up to high quality did it, or if it's something else. But my computer runs Sims 4 with high quality just fine.

I've been playing a pre-made Sim's family now though, saving every 10 minutes or so and it hasn't had any issues with crashing - since I'm too afraid to enter CAS again. I hope the bug with it gets fixed. Sims 2 was what made me love the franchise. I was so happy when they said they were rereleasing it. I bought it that night it came out 😭❤️
