Sims 2 Legacy Date bug

Despite cas cc window wont close and sim vanishing from household, stucking in loading screens and crashes, i have this very annoying issue. Everytime i try to call someone and ask them to hang out, id get an immidiate notification saying that they have been waiting for me for over 2 hours and they are done with me. Then i get a screen to choose where i am suppose to go with my date and i end up going on a date without a date...same thing happens if i get invited to hang out.

Does anyone else have this issue?

EA please fix it...

    o1zv8s0lfi48 The date getting "stood up" is an issue from the original release; I've played around with it for a bit and it seems to happen on higher speeds, the timer goes out and the Sim gets an angry message before the taxi even arrives. It also happens when another Sim invites my Sim for a date/outing, they can't even get to the car, if I'm on speed 2 or 3, before they get a negative message.

    Lazy Duchess has a mod that fixes this, and it works with the Legacy Collection. Google "Date/Outing Stood Up Fix by Lazy Duchess," it should come up. (Just recommending this because it's pretty clear EA won't be fixing most bugs that the game originally had, this one included probably.)

    What makes you say this? It seems that they are prioritizing launch and performance issues now, but that could change later.
