Sims 2 legacy is unplayable im disappointed Ea please fix this !!

Ive tried to play once again just a few mins ago  I’ve just created a family two parents with 3 kids , a teen and two children . As soon as I finished the game crashed on me :( I just turned my pc off also before this I had experience with disappearing children , pets and babies after CAS and load into my lot . I hope EA can fix this asap I really love sims 2 and crave to play it but can’t :(((  hopefully they come with an update to fix everything so we all can enjoy and play peacefully .  ( I have windows 11 ) btw
