Sims 2 Legacy keeps restarting my PC

Hi guys

I'm facing the issue when i play the game for 10-15 minutes it will restart my PCs with no reason / no pop-ups (purchase from Steam)

did try to moved license files to Desktop per EA person advise / check my windows update / check my PCs temperature

now they asked me to post this since they cannot help from their end (which is pretty hilarious lol)'

can someone help me solve this / I cannot do the refund either since it is over the due
